Who can reveal card details
Cardholders can show card details for their own cards. Admins can also only view card details for their own cards and cannot view details of other users cards.
Moss also displays the transaction details shared by merchants, such as merchant names and general transaction data. For 'On File' payments, details are limited to data provided by the merchant.
How to reveal card details
Only card owners can see card details of their own cards details. Admins can't see users card details.
Never share card details via message to others. If a colleague needs the card details, you can change the cardholder.
Reveal card details on the website
You can reveal card details for any type of Moss card, it does not matter, if it is a physical, virtual or any other type of card.
Show your card details:
Log in to the Moss
Go to "Cards" and click on of your own card to reveal the card details.
Click on "Reveal details"
Do a Two-factor authentication to unlock the details
Now the information: cardholder, Card Number, Valid Thru Date and CVC can be accessed by you
Note: You can easily copy the card details by clicking on the symbol to the right of the card number.
Reveal card details in the Moss mobile app
You can reveal card details for any type of Moss card, it does not matter, if it is a physical, virtual or any other type of card.
Login to the Moss app
Go to "Home" > open up the "Cards" tab
Select one of your cards
Click on "Reveal"
Enter your mobile app passcode
Now the information: Card Number, Valid Thru Date and CVC can be accessed by you
Note: You can easily copy the card details by clicking on the symbol to the right of the card number.
