Q: I ordered a physical card, but it did not arrive within 10 business days. What can I do?


Our standard is to ensure that the card is delivered within 10 business days. If this is not the case for your card order, please walk through the following troubleshooting questions:

Is the shipment address correct?

How to check the shipment address:

The card's shipment address is documented in the card details if you click on the card in the (web)app.

If the shipment address is not correct:

Admins can change the company's shipment address in the settings. When the shipment address is updated, you can click on the card details > "…" (top right corner) > "reorder card".

If the shipment address is correct:

This seems unusual. Please reach out to us (support@getmoss.com) with the following details:

  • Subject: "I ordered a physical card, but it did not arrive within 10 business days. What can I do?"

  • Your company

  • Your user e-mail address

  • Your shipment address

We will order a second card for you free of charge and let you know the next steps. We will come back to you within a business day.
