Q: I accidentally gave somebody a wrong user role, what can I do?

As an admin you can easily change the platform role of a user.

  1. Go to "User management" section and select the user who you want to change the role of.

  2. Under "Role" you can easily change their current role to a new one.

If you want to change a user role to "Admin" you need to get in touch with support@getmoss.com, so we can invite them for you.
